The San Francisco Company is a professional stepping stone company for college students.
Our mission is to act as a solution to the experience-paradox so to help students properly achieve relevant work upon graduation.
The experience-paradox posed by employers requires applicants to retain existing professional experience in order to qualify for entry-level positions.
We plan on closing this nonsensical gap by providing students with real, accessible, and guided work supporting goodwill initiatives in a professional playground-like environment.
In line with our evolving economic landscape, the San Francisco Company will be a haven for students experimenting with new approaches to impacting the world.
As our organization is for the sake of students on all fronts, our participants are allowed to shape their presence within the company however they see fit.
Students may participate as often or little as they want, request specific responsibilities, achieve esteemed reference letters, and more.

We are the first company in the world offering professional experience to any college student without the possibility of rejection. Our organization was founded as a response to global labor markets becoming increasingly difficult to enter. Our founding team hit a bad stroke of luck graduating into the pandemic's shutdown. To say the least, our professional experiences in the U.S. have been truly horrific, never to recover until now. Burdening years of grief during what should've been the best years of our lives, we are taking a chance on turning this experience into an opportunity
to help others in ways life was not willing to help us.

If you are a family member of a student reading this, please donate below. Our organization runs on public funding, including donations from the people and a small registration fee for students. All financing goes to the employment of our leadership team, student-led investments, and an annual celebration for our participants as a thank you for helping us
as much as they think we're helping them.
